New Nanocrete Mortar Range |
 |
Bluebay Buiding Products and Emaco Nanocrete have joined
forces to distribute an exciting new generation of concrete
repair mortars.
Emaco Nanocrete has recently launched its new generation of concrete
repair mortars which have outstanding characteristics and is
part of an extensive range for the repair
and protection of concrete.
Emaco Nanocrete Mortars are proven to exceed all the
technical requirements of European Norm EN1504, guaranteeing
performance levels by providing reference to identification
and performance tests for
a standardised approach to the
design an execution of concrete repairs. |
| Emaco Nanocrete uses applied Nanotechnology to
produce a cost-effective, long-term solution for concrete
repairs. It offers improved bond and tensile
strengths, densities and impermeability as well as reduced
shrinkage and cracking. Better compatibility with
concrete and improved thixotropy, non-slumping and finishing
properties allow easier, quicker application, reducing
application problems and overall costs. |
| |
 |
Emaco Nanocrete R4: an extra high strength, fibre
reinforced, structural
repair mortar applied in up to 50mm layers without
additional reinforcement
or formwork for much higher builds when necessary. |
 |
Emaco Nanocrete R3: a polymer modified, fibre reinforced,
lower modulas mortar for structural repair, especially of
lower strength concrete. Excellent bond and thixotropy allow
easy placing and reprofiling with high builds up to 75mm on
vertical surfaces. |
|
 |
Emaco Nanocrete R2: a universal repair mortar applied as a
large scale leveling mortar at thickness of only 3mm or a
high build patching and reprofiling mortar to depths of
100mm in one application layer. |
 |
Emaco Nanocrete AP: a single component,
cementitious based active protective primer for
reinforcement steel and adhesive bonding slurry. It can be
used when steel is visible and concrete cover is less than
10mm and to aid bond and application of hand applied mortars
at extreme thicknesses. |
