 The
Rapid Reel is a lightweight, refillable wire dispensing unit
designed to be worn in conjunction with the Reelfix belt and
comfort pad.
Refill spools are locked in the reel by a quarter turn knob.
Empty spools can be replaced in less than 20 seconds and
without the need for the user to remove his/her belt.
For safety reasons, our reel features belt loops on the
rear. This ensures that unlike other reels, Reelfix cannot
fall off if bumped or caught on scaffold for example. No
other reel works as well as the Rapid. That’s why it’s No1
with the Steel Fixers and Safety Advisors. |

Spools |
 |
Refill spools are available in both Black Annealed and
Stainless 304 tying wire. Spools come pre-loaded with 2kg of
perfectly wound, top quality tying wire and are guaranteed
not to tangle or snag. Reelfix tying wire is well known
amongst Steel Fixers as the premier wire. Always clean, soft
and rust free.
The spools are made using recycled ABS plastic and are again
easily recyclable after use. |

Disposable Reels |
|
 |
Reelfix Disposable reels come pre wound with 2kg of top
quality tying wire, either 16 gauge Black Annealed, or 18
gauge Stainless 304 wire.
Although still used on large scale construction projects,
the Reelfix Disposable has become a big favourite amongst
small builders and occasional rebar buyers. As
the name would suggest, the reels are one use disposable
units. The plastic case keeps the wire clean, dry and tidy
between uses and the compact design means the reel can be
easily stored with other tools and equipment.
Used together with the Reelfix Belt, means the user has
two hands free to carry and place rebar or mesh, although
the wire has a multitude of other uses. Wire will not tangle
and there is absolutely no waste, unlike loose coils of
wire. |
